Had a recent fascination for tilt shift effect photography lately and after two hits on google came across a simple tutorial for creating the effect. Here are some of my first examples, but average but still learning the tricks of the trade =]

Ever since the summer holidays i started having a growing love for hdr imaging, little did iknow that the camera i have was capable of producing them. And when i recieved Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended to find the Merge to HDR Pro application in it. I had never been so excited, few shots of late, still learning the style.
finally put the board mount on and used it twice in the past week, love the quality of this thing. If only i had some real quality waves to test it in, i got some pretty good footage though. Edit of what i see when i hit the water. Hence the title 'What you see is what I See'
Got my Gopro HD Surf Hero last week and finally got around to using, haven't attached the bount mount yet but here are a few snaps taken by our hands and a trusty flipper saver =]
The day before the comp was of much more interest to Newcastle bodyboarders with somes of our more favourite spot coming alive. newcastle wedge was alive with a solid 4 - 5 sets and a strong sidewash making for some peaky, powerful ledges with boost sections to boot. The locals soon found out and the typical weekend warriors were into. Fellow novocastrian Sam Glohe was there to film what went down =]
